So many people I talk to have a big vision because they are extraordinary women and men, yet when it comes to doing what they need to do to make them happen, they say they couldn’t possibly ever do ‘that’...

Big visions require us to take big, bold actions.

That means un-learning a bunch of stuff that we’ve been taught our whole life in a short amount of time.

Changing how you think about things, letting go of your perceived limitations (the yeah-but-voice in your head), and instead taking a stand for your possibilities as to why

You CAN, you WILL, and you MUST do the thing that is calling you.

You have been given an incredible gift. The whole purpose of having it is that you SHARE it with the world, with other people who NEED that exact thing that you have to offer.

If you don’t because of your yeah-buts think about what this is costing you…

Not only are YOU not living your most amazing life, but all the people that are meant to benefit from your gift are missing out.

You see, we were taught that going after what we want is selfish.

That is completely backward.

It’s the other way around.

Not going after what you want, withholding your great gift, that is the EPITOME of selfishness.

Big visions require that we grow into them.

Part of that growth is that you are willing to face the discomfort of doing things that you have never done before.

Maybe for you, this means that you are finally handing in your resignation…

Maybe it’s raising your prices…

Maybe it’s becoming visible and taking a stand for something…, or

Asking for what you want (the sale, the relationship, the raise, the promotion…).

Whatever it is for you, only when you step into it, do you move forward.

When you are ready to set up that next chapter in your life you need 3 things to succeed.

  1. Complete clarity on your vision

Because that is what’s driving everything. And I mean it. This is about getting really specific, drilling down into the bits that at first sight might not be so fun to look at.

For instance, if you are looking to radically change your life, you want to be very clear about how much this new life is going to cost you. This will then inform how you set the prices for the product or services you are offering and how you will go about marketing and selling them.

2. A rock-solid mindset

This ensures that you keep your vision in your sight at all times and since the vision dictates the journey, it will allow you to make the uncomfortable decisions that will need to be made along the way.

I’m referring to INVESTING in yourself and your future. For example, if you are starting your business and are not willing to invest strategically in its infrastructure because you are bootstrapping, it’s not going to grow.

Knowing how, when and in what to invest in each phase while making those decisions swiftly and with a long-term ROI in mind is key to your success.

3. A plan that is right for YOU

Copying and pasting somebody else’s formula and hoping for success won’t work, because this is your vision. You are a unique individual with unique gifts, talents, and circumstances that need to be taken into consideration. Your plan must be a clearly defined step-by-step roadmap that closes the gap from where you are today to the vision that you have for your life.

If you are ready to step into that next chapter and you know you want support on the journey, reach out. This is my area of expertise: Helping extraordinary people (yes, that is you) courageously step into their next chapter and radically reinvent themselves.

And if you wonder what I mean by radical, think about a complete 180-degree departure from what you are doing right now…

I look forward to our conversation.
