For the past three weeks, I have been hosting a free coaching support call every Friday at 1 pm for the members of my community. Yesterday we were joined by members from Canada, Mexico, and the US.
Everybody was in great spirits and the ground tenor was that in the midst of all the chaos we are grateful for this time of introspection as things have slowed down.

Somebody shared that by slowing down and listening to their intuition they have actually attracted opportunities into their business.

This is the power of listening to your inner compass.

That little voice that is working so hard to get our attention while we run our busy lives.

Now it’s easy for us to hear it because we have become still.

I shared about one question that has been on my mind this past week:

What is this here to teach us?
I’m a believer in the Universal Law of Polarity which states that everything is created whole in the Universe and everything exists at the same time in the same place.

That means when we experience something really terrible, there has to be something EQUALLY good in it as well but often we don’t see it because we are focused on the negative side of the spectrum.

What can we learn from this experience when social distancing deprives us of some of our most basics needs like

HUMAN CONTACT, HUMAN TOUCH?

Not sure if you’ve seen all the studies that have come out recently that talk about the benefits of a 20-second hug. (Just in case, here they are.)

Within a short period of time, we have accepted that we cannot hug people anymore.

As everything we’ve believed in is being turned upside down, we have an opportunity for introspection, to reconnect with that incredible wisdom within that is in all of us and heed its voice. Good things will come from it.

It’s a time where we are invited to face the SELF because now there is no place to run to. Everything is on pause, we are not busy rushing here or there, we have come into stillness and face to face with who we really are.

And in there lies an incredible opportunity for transformation and growth so we come out stronger on the other side.

Transformation means

I WELCOME CHANGES IN MY LIFE.

Most of us are afraid of change because we are creatures of habit at heart and change is scary by default because we step out of the familiar. But when you look at Nature, our greatest teacher, she is always changing and transforming for the benefit of the whole.

Everything in Nature works TOGETHER.

And this is what we are called upon right now.

To become more of who we really are, to better our best, to step into a bigger version of ourselves, to spread our wings, to embrace our gifts so that we can contribute more to the whole.

Just like the Law of More Life, the first and foremost law of the Universe states:

We are here to add to the lives of others and in turn, we add to our own.

According to this Law when we go against it, when we are just in it for ourselves, there is no use for us anymore.

So what this is teaching us is that this is an awakening, moving from the thinking to a WE consciousness where we benefit the collective and ourselves.

And it’s so easy to get started.

Just pick up the phone and reach out to somebody today.

Ask them how they are doing, do they need anything, can you help them in any way?

I know you might be thinking, this is some heavy stuff Simona but there’s some heavy stuff going on right now.

On the call, I invited all the attendees to think about their own transformation during this time and I invite you to do the same.

What are you going to transform about yourself?

An easy way to get started are these two questions:
How are things now?
How would I like them to be instead?

If you’d like to join our next free support call on Friday, April 11th, just drop me a comment and I’ll be happy to send you the Zoom link.

Much love to you and yours.

Be well!

Simona
