Two pictures taken just a short while apart. They tell a very different story.
To the left me at the office in my corporate job, working hard on global marketing campaigns for big feature films and television series.
What I was doing was staying safely behind the scenes, worried about my job security, my benefits, counting my precious vacation days, working hard to get that next raise or promotion.. in short, I was conforming and frankly HIDING OUT.
The pic on the right is me on stage in LA giving a talk about what is possible for each and every one of us when we embrace our vision and courageously embark on the journey to make it our reality.
Can you say “OUT OF THE CLOSET”?
In the end, we only regret the things we didn’t do, the questions we didn’t ask, the experiences we didn’t give ourselves, the people we weren’t courageous enough to love because we made up a bunch of EXCUSES to stay safe and not rock the status quo.
Trust your inner calling, that voice that is stirring your soul and setting your heart on fire. It’s what you’re meant to be doing.
