Stepping into your next chapter often means a radical departure from what you have been doing in your life and that is why it can feel a little bit unsettling to take the first steps. Trust that it’s always for your own growth and to benefit others.

When you say YES to reinventing yourself the ripple effect is enormous. To the extent that you cannot even begin to understand how many lives you’ll touch in the most wonderful ways.

I wanted to share how one woman’s decision to reinvent herself changed my life for the better just in case you find yourself on the fence about what your intuition is telling you to do next.

When I lived in Venice, California, I used to go to a pretty unique yoga studio. They combined high-octane spinning classes with vinyasa yoga. I was a regular there for over 10 years and while I was going through my separation and subsequent divorce these classes became a lifesaver. I was practically living at the studio. Started my day at 6:15 am with a forty-five-minute spin class followed by an hour of yoga before heading to the office.

And I’d be back in the evening to do another combo class at 7 pm so that I could go home and fall asleep from physical exhaustion instead of dwelling on why my husband left me for another woman drowning my sorrows in alcohol and taking up smoking again…

The combo of the cardio with the stretch did wonders for my mind and body.

It cleared my head and I lost close to twenty pounds in a few months.

My colleagues at the office were complimenting my svelte figure asking me what great diet I was on.

When I researched the owner, I found out that in her former life she was a high-powered lawyer living overseas, and then the CEO of a well-known multi-million dollar company before a dramatic event in her life led her to radically reinvent herself.

As the founder of the yoga and spin hybrid, she revolutionized the fitness industry, wrote books on the topic, and created a clothing line as well as a studio franchise but above all, she positively impacted the lives of thousands of people because of her own reinvention.

And here is the kicker: The idea to create the hybrid was born out of her personal frustration as an avid spinning enthusiast that she had to drive across town to get to a yoga studio.

So in case you are on the fence and the ideas forming in your mind about your next chapter sound a little outlandish, may this inspire you to go for it.

The fact that this woman radically reinvented herself literally saved my life at the time. I don’t know what I would have done without having this outlet.

When the fog finally cleared for me, I became a certified spin instructor and yoga teacher myself. And while doing yoga teacher training in Mexico, EVERYTHING changed for me.

I had my rooftop moment and decided to follow my own calling to start my business helping women like you radically reinvent themselves. For me, that meant leaving a prestigious job in the movie industry and moving to Mexico. And here I am: you can always connect the dots backward but never forward.

Trust, however, that no matter how successful you have been up until now, you are meant to be making a much BIGGER impact in your next chapter, being a BENEFIT to more people, and creating a lasting legacy.

Everything that you have done in your life up until now has perfectly prepared you for what is next, so GO FOR IT!

Know that there are people out there waiting for you to help them.
